Greek yoghurt recipes - 10 recipes

Since greek yoghurt is strained to get rid of excess liquid whey, lactose, and sugar, it is creamier, and a lot healthier! (Be careful of how much fat it contains, though.) My mom has a breakfast recipe where she mixes it with cereal, dried fruit, nuts and ground flax seeds to kick-start her day. Be careful when you substitute it for regular yoghurt in certain applications as the consitencies aren't the same, but it subs great for heavy cream if you water it down a bit.
