- For the cakes:
- 6 oz caster sugar
- 6 oz margarine
- 3 medium free-range eggs
- 6 oz self-raising flour
- 2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 squares of white chocolate, grated (optional - but really yummy!)

- For the buttercream frosting:
