  • 1 litre of water
  • 4tbsp of Miso paste
  • 1 cubed carrot
  • 1/4 cup of peas
  • 1/4 cup of kidney beans

This is a hearty, vegetable lasagne, but even meat-eaters will adore this lasagne recipe

  • 50g/16 oz courgettes
  • 1 aubergine
  • 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 kg firm, ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 10-12 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper

ow obviously being a vegetarian you hardly get any choices in kebabs when you are in the UK

  • Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
  • Channa Dal- 1/2 cup
  • Potato - 1/2 boiled and grated
  • Onion - 1 (grated)
