  • Chicken stock
  • 2 carrots
  • celery stick
  • 2 potatoes
  • orange juice
  • onion
  • salt&pepper (optional)

Step 1

Take out a large sauce pan and fill this with Hot Water. Next dice your onion and grate your celery. Add to your saucepan and turn on your hob.

Step 2

Now peel your potatoes and grate your carrots. Take a jug of hot water, add your stock, then add all ingredients to the saucepan

Step 3

Stir your mixture for 5-10 minutes then blend. After blending (add orange juice to cool down and for moe vitamin C)
