- 100g whole spelt flour
- 50g split pea flakes
- 1 tablespoon organic yeast
- 100g of olive oil
- 125g soya milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon herbs de provence
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Combine the flour, split pea flakes and yeast. Add oil and soya milk, 2 egg yolks, salt, pepper and herbes de provence. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture.
Pour into a tin and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (convection oven) for about 25 to 30 minutes.
