Here is another quick and easy recipe the whole family will enjoy

  • 1 Can of Tuna
  • 1/2 Red Onion, finely diced (you can use white onion or spring onion if you prefer)
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Malt Vinegar
  • Grated Cheese (Cheddar or Red Leicester are good)
  • Bread, I usually use Ciabatta or English Muffins. You can use any rolls or even sliced bread.
