Tuna Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 300g pasta
- 600ml milk
- 125g sweet corn
- 4 chopped spring onions
- 2 tins of tuna in brine
- 25g butter
- 125g peas
- 125g grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to Gas mark 5/120°C.
Put pasta into a large saucepan and pour in boiling water so that it is around 3cm above the pasta.
Step 2
Put the pan on the hob on a high heat, until the pasta is soft.
Step 3
To make the sauce put the flour and butter into a pan on a medium heat and slowly add the milk and whisk while doing so.
Step 4
Stir constantly on a high heat for 5-10 minutes, once boiled take off the heat.
Step 5
Add the cheese to the sauce.
Step 6
Add the peas and sweet corn to the sauce drained first if needed.
Step 7
Drain the pasta and mix the tuna into the sauce.
Step 8
Put the pasta into a dish with the sauce on top, with any remaining grated cheese on top and pop into the oven for 15 minutes.
