- 1 ready made pastry
- 3 large beef tomatoes (or regular tomatoes work too)
- 2 tbs dijon mustard
- Ham (optional)
- Hard cheese (i used French comté, but a mature cheddar is fine)
- Grated cheese
- Garlic powder
- Origano
- Salt & pepper
