- 2 pork steaks
- 2 teaspoons garlic oil
- 125ml apple juice
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 75ml double cream

Preparation
Step 1
Put the steaks in a freezer bag and bash them with a rolling pin until quite thin.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the steaks over a medium-high heat for about 5 minutes each side or until they have a nice brown crust.
Step 3
Remove the steaks from the pan and put them in the oven to keep warm.
Step 4
Pour the apple juice into the pan and stir well, letting it bubble for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the mustard and cream and cook for another couple of minutes.
Step 6
Remove steaks from oven and pour over the sauce.
