Ostrich steak in mustard sauce

Ingredients
- 2 ostrich steaks
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons creme fraiche
- 50 g of cream cheese
- 1 level tablespoon of mild mustard
- oil
- salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the steaks in a little oil. The meat should still be pink inside. Season and set aside.
Step 2
Chop onion and add it to the cooking fat from the meat. Add the cream and stir. Stir in the cheese, in small pieces, and keep stirring until it melts.
Step 3
Finally, add the mustard to this sauce. Serve hot, poured over the ostrich steak.
