Three mustard chicken


Quick and easy warming chicken in sauce

  • olive oil
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 400gr mushrooms
  • garlic crushed
  • 400 gr creme fraiche
  • 2 tbs English mustard
  • 2 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 2 tabs wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbs honey

Step 1

Heat olive oil in pan and dice onion and cook until moisture starts to be let out with the crushed garlic

Step 2

Cut chicken into cubes and add to pan - cook thoroughly for aprox. 6 - 10 min

Step 3

Add sliced mushrooms and cook with mixture, allow to simmer. Whilst simmering get creme fraiche and add mustard and honey, mix well

Step 4

Add mustard mixture to pan and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes

Step 5

Serve with rice
