Ingredients
- 3 carrots
- 2 peppers
- 1 onion
- 1/2 a cucumber
- 1 bag of new potatoes
- 1 tin of sweetcorn
- 6 rashers of bacon
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 3 table spoons of light mayonnaise
- a sprinkle of rosemary
- mint
- mixed herbs and cheese.

Preparation
Step 1
Chop all vegetables (excluding potatoes) into tiny pieces, the idea being that with every mouthful you will get a taste of everything
Step 2
Boil potatoes until soft, then use a knife to slice them all in half
Step 3
Chop up chicken then Fry and add rosemary to season
Step 4
Cook bacon until slightly crispy then cut up into small pieces
Step 5
Put all ingredients in a big salad bowl making sure you add all the hot ingredients while they are still hot so the cheese melts to them
The smaller the pieces the better! It takes a bit of time to prepare but you will not be disappointed!
