Stilton Potatoes

Ingredients
- 300ml double cream
- 30ml full cream milk
- 1-2 very large potatoes, peeled and sliced very thinly
- 50g butter
- 200g stilton cheese, crumbled
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Sal and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 200oC.
Step 2
Pour cream and milk into a large saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Step 3
Add potato slices, butter, most of the stilton, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer for five minutes.
Step 4
Spoon into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the remaining stilton.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown on top.
