Ingredients
- A dozen oysters
- 1 red onion
- olive oil
- A little butter
- 1 good tbsp crème fraiche
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 1 carrot
- curry

Step 1
In a pan, fry the onion, previously cut into small pieces, in a liittle oil and butter. Add the carrot, cut into tiny cubes.
Step 2
Then add the white wine and cream. Simmer a few minutes while stirring. Sprinkle with curry powder.
Step 3
Unstick each oyster but leave them in their shells
Step 4
Place them in a baking dish, pour the mixture into each oyster shell, add cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C, setting the oven to grill.
