Ingredients
- 4 cans of oysters
- 2 cups corn meal
- 1 T salt
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper powder
- 1 t ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Drain oyster cans. Heat skillet of peanut oil or deep fryer. Mix all dry ingredients in a shallow pan.
Step 2
Roll oysters in the dry mix and lower them slowly into the oil.
Step 3
Cook until lightly browned.
