Creamy black radish soup with tonka beans

  • 4 medium black radishes
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 litre of vegetable stock
  • 1 grated tonka bean
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • pepper

Step 1

Wash and peel the vegetables.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes and put them in a pan of cold water. Bring to a boil, then add the radish, chopped into pieces and the stock cube. Cook for 20 min.

Step 3

Place in a blender and blend. Add the tonka bean, the parsley and pepper (not salt because the stock is salty). Blend.

Step 4

Serve immediately.
