Peach & Prosciutto Crostini

  • 10 slices of ciabatta bread
  • 1 peach
  • 10 tablespoons fresh ricotta
  • Ground black pepper
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • Raw honey

Step 1

Toast bread slices or grill in the oven with some butter.

Step 2

Cut the peach in half and slice it thinly.

Pop about 1 tablespoon of ricotta onto each toasted bread piece and grind some pepper on top.

Place a slice of prosciutto over the top and drizzle with honey.

Finish by topping with 2 peach slices.
