- 4 stalks of rhubarb
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- A generous slice of ripe brie - Somerset Brie works a treat
- Any savoury biscuit of your choice
- or crostini
- toasted french bread
- you choose!

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Place the rhubarb and sugar in a foil envelope and bake for about 15 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender but still holding its shape.
Step 3
Allow to cool.
Step 4
Serve the cooled rhubarb with a slice of brie on each biscuit/bread/crostini
