Ingredients

  • 1 tin corned beef (large)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tblsp oil
  • 1 tin baked beans
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • 3 baking potatoes
  • 2 oz butter
  • 2 tblsp milk
  • Dash Worcester Sauce
  • 2 oz grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Peel, boil and mash potatoes with 1 oz butter and milk. Peel and chop onion and fry in oil. Chop corned beef and to ovenproof dish with onion, tomatoes, baked beans and Worcester Sauce. Season.
Top with mashed potato and grated cheese.
Cook at 190 C for 25 minutes.

Don't cut corned beef too small as will just go mushy, keep in large chunks. Can be spiced up by adding chilli or cumin.
