- 1tin of quality corned beef
- 2 stock cubes (meat)
- 2/3 carrots cubed
- 2large baking potatoes cubed
- 1large onion chopped
- Pinch of pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put chopped potato, carrot and onion in a large pan and cover with water. Bring to the boil. Once boiling chop corned beef into cubes and add to pan.
Step 2
Crumble 2 stock cubes into pan and add pepper. Cook until veg goes soft and corned beef goes mushy in the stock.
Step 3
Allow to cool and enjoy
