  • 2 tins of baked beans,
  • 3 tins of mushy peas,
  • 1 onion,
  • mushrooms,
  • 4 tsp curry powder.

Preparation

Step 1

Chop up onions and mushrooms and fry (in frylite) until soft.

Step 2

Empty all tins into a saucepan and heat.

Step 3

Mix all ingredients together with curry powder.

Step 4

Serve with rice, jacket potatoes or on its own.

Add crushed garlic for an extra punch of flavour.
