Step 1
first cut the ends of okra and dice into cm pieces
Step 2
in a karahi or wok add 3 to for tablespoons of oil
Step 3
fry the okra til par cooked
Step 4
in a different pan add 2or 3 tablespoons of oil the add 3 diced medium onions and 3diced tomatoes
Step 5
then add 3 cloves of garlic and inch piece of ginger and cook til mushy
Step 6
then add all spices chilli powder salt tumeric cumin and coriander powder and cook futher 5 min
Step 7
finally add parcooked okra and let cook 20 min
