- 400g Chick Peas
- 1 Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 1 pack of frozen or fresh Okra
- Frying pan of Oil

In a food processor, blend chick peas, fresh lemon juice, cumin, salt, garam masala, tumeric and water until a consistency of hummus.
Thaw the okra if frozen, keep the okra long in length size
Once the blended chick pea paste is ready, coat each okra in the paste and deep fry until crispy.
Serve with chilli sauce or tomato ketchup
Add further salt or seasoning if required according to taste
Add additional water if the paste mixture is too thick or olive oil can also be added
