Ingredients
- 300g plain flour
- 125g butter
- salt
- curry leaves
- 1/4 cup cold water
- chopped large onion
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- ginger
- potato

Preparation
Step 1
Mix plain flour, cold butter and a pinch of salt evenly.
Step 2
Add in cold water and kneed into a dough. Place the dough in the fridge.
Step 3
Lightly steam diced chicken. Fry onion, garlic and ginger.
Step 4
Add in curry powder. Let it cook for 5min. Do not stir.
Step 5
Add in chicken breast and diced potato. Add 1/2 cup of water.
Step 6
Add in 1 1/2 tsp sugar and a pinch of salt. Cook until the gravy turns dry. Add half a lime into the cold paste.
Step 7
Roll the dough thin.
Step 8
Use a bowl to cup the dough into circles.
Step 9
Tap some water around the edge of the crust. Place the fillings in the middle of the circle and fold the puff in half.
Step 10
Deep fry until golden brown.
