Kneed the puff pastry until soft.
Pre heat oven to gas mark 5 for 10 minutes.
Grate cheese and combined vegetables eg. Sweet corn.
Flatten pastry with a rolling pin and cut off large circles to a diameter of 6 cm.
Place ingredients in the half of the circle.
Fold over the pastry and seal it with thumb pinches or fork prints.
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes.
