- 2 tbl olive oil
- ground pepper
- salt(optional)
- dried rosemary(optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 C/375 F/Gas Mark 5.
Step 2
Peel the parsnip and cut each one in half and then in quarters. remove and dicard the woody core from each piece.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients with the parsnips and Place in the oven for 20 min until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
