Sweet and sour toasts with fig, goat cheese and tomato

- 2 thick slices of brown country-style bread
 - 6 figs
 - 4 tablespoons of sugar
 - 6 tablespoons of water
 - 2 tomatoes
 - olive oil
 - salt and pepper
 - 60 g of goat cheese
 - basil leaves, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons of honey

Preparation
Step 1
Wash the figs. Remove the stems of the figs and cut them into 4.
Pour the sugar and water in a saucepan, cook the figs 10 minutes and put them in a blender. Add the balsamic vinegar. 
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper. 
Cut goat cheese into thin slices.
Step 2
Dressing:
Spread the fig chutney on two slices of bread. 
Arrange the slices of goat cheese on top and add the diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with chopped basil leaves. 
Bake for 10 minutes. 
Serve the toats hot with a spoonful of honey.
