Preparation
Step 1
Toss some plain flour onto the surface of the fish.
Step 2
Fry the fish on a pan and leave it aside.
Step 3
Cut the onions into cubes.
Step 4
Stir-fry the onions until they turn soft.
Step 5
Add in tomato ketchup, sweet and sour sauce and a table spoon of sugar.
Step 6
Mix everything well.
Step 7
Turn off the fire and pour the sauce onto the fish.
Step 8
Serve.
Apples and pineapples can be added into the dish.
