Step 1

Cut the onions into slices.

Step 2

Fry the onions over hot pan with a little oil.

Step 3

When the onions turn slightly brown, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.

Step 4

In a bowl, crack an egg and beat it with a fork. Add in few drops of light soy sauce and beat until fluffy.

Step 5

Add in the cooked onions and mix well.

Step 6

Pour the egg mixture onto a hot pan. Distribute the egg evenly over the pan.

Step 7

After a few minutes, flip the egg. Fry until both side of the egg turns slightly brown.

Step 8
