- 250g plain flour
- 5g salt
- 5g baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix plain flour, salt and baking powder.
Step 2
Add in egg and water then make a dough until it becomes shinny and smooth.
Step 3
Cover and eave it to rise for 30min.
Step 4
Make the dough flat and brush a layer of oil on the dough.
Step 5
Place the dough on a plat (layered with oil), then cover with a plastic bag and put it in the fridge overnight.
Step 6
Heat up the oil (a lot) for deep frying.
Step 7
Place the dough on the chopping board and cut it into slices (size depends on preferance). Stack 2 slices together. Then, use a chopstick to press and make a line at the centre.
Step 8
Pull and slightly twist the slices of dough to make it longer.
Step 9
Deep fry the dough unitl golden brown.
Place a layer of oil on the chopping board to avoid the dough from sticking.
