Ingredients

  • 6 fresh figs
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 20 cl of single cream
  • 4 tsp cinnamon sugar (or 4 tsp sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon powder)
  • 4 tsp of orange blossom water
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180° (gas mark 4) and butter 4 ramekins.
Wash the figs and cut in half. Place them in the ramekins rounded side down.
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with cream and sugar. Add the orange blossom water.

Step 2

Pour the cream over the figs and bake 15 minutes in the hot oven.
Remove and leave to cool.

They can be served warm or cold.
