Ingredients
- 350 ml of milk
- 20 g sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tsp rice flour
- 2 drops of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon raisins
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp chopped pistachios
- 1/2 tablespoon grated coconut
- 2 dried apricots
- 1 egg
- A few drops of of orange flower water

Preparation
Step 1
Dilute the cornflour in the milk, then add the sugar, rice flour, vanilla, orange blossom and egg. Beat to mix well together and thicken over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Pour into small "verrines" glasses, leave to cool in the fridge. Before serving sprinkle with cinnamon, coconut, pistachios, raisins and apricots in small cubes.
