Melted Cheese Sticks

Ingredients
- 1 whole camembert, or sticks of soft cheese
- Small handful of flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- Small handful of breadcrumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat a fryer to 180 C or alternatively, use a 1cm amount of oil in a pan to shallow fry.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into sticks and coat the each stick in seasoned flour, egg and then the breadcrumbs.
Step 3
To ensure no melted cheese seeps out during the frying process, put the breadcrumb covered cheese stick back through just the egg and breadcrumbs one more time.
Step 4
Carefully lower the cheese pieces into the fryer or the pan for a few minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Drain off all excess oil on a kitchen towel and serve.
