- 100g cherries chopped
- 50g butter
- Heat oven to 180 degrees

Place flour and butter into a bowl and rub in butter. Stir in sugar and blend in egg and milk to form dough. Add in chopped cherries and turn onto lightly floured board and roll and cut scones. Cook for 8-10 mins
