  • Pinch Salt
  • 10g Yeast
  • Two Table spoons Olive Oil (plus extra for proofing)

  • 500g Tomatoes – Salad tomatoes for thicker sauce or cherry tomatoes for a sweeter sauce

  • Handful of Spinach
  • Pinch Salt
  • Plain flour to thicken
