  • 450g Potatoes

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 250ml Chicken Stock
  • 100ml Double Cream
  • 1tbsp Mustard (any will do
  • use your favourite. I’ve used wholegrain)

Heat half the oil in a large frying pan

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 eating apples
  • 500g pork fillets
  • sliced into medallions
  • 200ml reduced-salt chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped sage leaves
  • 2 tbsp half-fat crème fraîche

Cut the vegetables into equal cubes (potatoes, cougette, carrots, leeks)

  • 1 Roast pork tenderloin
  • 3 leeks
  • 8 carrots
  • 1 courgette
  • 10 medium potatoes
  • Mustard
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • Thyme.
