Ingredients
- 2 qt cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 qt onion, thinly sliced
- red and green peppers, cut small
- 1/2 C salt water
- 5 C vinegar
- 1 C flour
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp mustard seed
- 5 C sugar
- 1/2 C mustard
- 2 tsp celery seed

Preparation
Step 1
Stand vegetables 4 hours in salt water, then drain.
Step 2
Bring to a boil vinegar, flour, turmeric, mustard seed, sugar, and celery seed. Add vegetables when boiling.
Step 3
Place mixture in clean, hot, sterilized jars. Seal as directed.
