Crush a Clove of garlic into the vinegar, lightly crush the cloves and black pepper balls to release the flavour and release into the bottom of the vinegar.
If you wish to infuse the vinegar and then strain these ingredients once it reaches the strength you require feel free to leave this for a few weeks to fully infuse and then strain, or alternatively add the onions (after removing the skin) and pickle, the longer you leave them the stronger it will become.
After adding the onions sprinkle in some paprika and stir gently to evenly mix this throughout the jar and lightly speckle the onions.
Dip in whenever you fancy or serve on coctail sticks alongside cheese for the ultimate party onion.
The longer you leave this in the cupboard or fridge the stronger the infusion with the onions will be, save the vinegar after use for further pickles or the tastiest table vinegar in existence.
