Preheat oven to 150C

  • For the sandwich:
  • 1kg boneless pork shoulder with thick fat removed
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp spanish paprika
  • 2tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 bsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp onion salt
  • 150ml vegetable stock8 large soft white rolls
  • For the slaw:
  • 4tbsp mayonnaise
  • 15ml cider vinegar
  • 2tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1/4 white cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
