Cut the paté into 6 pieces and set aside
- 2 boiled potatoes, quite big
- 3 level tablespoons of self raising flour
- 3 heaped tablespoons of chopped spring onions

- 3 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 tin of pork paté

- 50 g wild garlic, julienned (sliced into thin strips)
- 2 bunches of radishes, cut into wedges
