- cooked red beetroots
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 5 walnuts

Step 1

Chop up the beetroots and place them in a blender to coarsely grate them.
Step 2
Mix the garlic and walnuts in the blender.
Step 3

Pour all beetroot, garlic and walnuts into a bowl and stir in the mayonnaise.
Step 4
Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 5
Serve cold.
