Chickpea pasta salad with basil

Cook the pasta. Drain and mix with the drained chickpeas
- 1 tin of 250 g chickpeas
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 small spring onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp basil
- 250g pasta
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- A little chilli powder (optional)
- salt and pepper
No pastry quiche!

- 100 g flour
- 100 g grated cheese or cheese cut into cubes
- cooked bacon or ham in cubes

Pulled Pork and Pittas

Put the pork into an oven tray
- 1 large joint of pork, such as a hand of pork.
- For the marinade
- 2 tbsp honey.
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
- 2 tsp smoked paprika.

- Plenty of fresh thyme.
- Plenty of fresh rosemary.

- 330ml bottle American pale ale.
