Spicy eggy toastwich

This scrumptious sandwich is perfect for any season anytime any where. It is a home made egg mayo sandwich with quarn Sausages (doesn't have to be) and water cress with red chilli

  • Margerine
  • Egg Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • Water cress
  • Quarn Sausages

Preparation

Step 1

Put the two slices of bread into the toaster

Step 2

After the toast is ready. Get the bread and then spread the margerine onto the slices

Step 3

Spread a medium amount of egg mayo on 1 slice of toast

Step 4

Place the CHOPPED sausages on top of the egg mayo

Step 5

Place the watercress and other slice of toast on the egg mayo slice. Then cut it into two large triangles.

Step 6

Put into a microwave for 40 seconds and ENJOY!
