Leftover sunday roast pork with sweet potato in a creamy korma sauce
- 1 onion
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 250 gms chopped pork leftovers
- half jar Korma paste
- 200 ml water
- 100 ml single cream

Butter Chicken with Lentils

Mix all marinade ingredients together
- Marinade:
- 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- pinch of cayenne
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1.5 lbs chicken pieces
- Stew:
- 3/4 C dry green lentils
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1.5 tsp curry powder
- 4-5 cardamom pods
- 2 large onions
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 can tomatoes (28oz)
- 3/4 C yogurt
- 1.5 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 C cream
Curry puff

Mix plain flour, cold butter and a pinch of salt evenly
- 300g plain flour
- 125g butter
- salt
- curry leaves
- 1/4 cup cold water
- chopped large onion
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- ginger

Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and add the Quorn pieces
- 300g Quorn chicken style pieces
- Marinade:
- 2 tbsp Tikka Masala paste
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- ½ tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 140ml natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 garlic cloves
- Curry:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 medium onions
- 1 red pepper
- 400ml vegetable stock

- 5 eggs
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 4 medium sized tomatoes, diced small
- 1 1/4 tsp green chillies
- 1 tsp salt

- 2 tsp jeeru powder
- 1 1/2 tsp dhana powder

Peel the garlic, ginger & onions
- 1 and a half table spoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric

Boil evrything together. When it starts to boil keep it in simmer for 5 min
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp tea powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1 powdered cardoman
- 1/8 tsp dry ginger powder
- 2 tsp(or more) sugar as per your taste.
