Preparation
Step 1
Mix the oil and plain flour, with enough warm water to make a soft dough.
Step 2
Knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Step 3
Pinch off a golf ball sized ball of dough and roll out into a 15cm circle using a rolling pin, adding flour as you go to stop the dough from sticking to the table.
Step 4
Heat a non-stick pan and dry fry each one for about 1 minute each, patting down any air bubbles.
Step 5
Serve.
