Preparation
Step 1
Mix 3 tsp of tandoori powder + yogurt + juice of a lime and 4 tblps of fromage blanc + 1 tdls of oil + salt and pepper.
Step 2
Baste the previously cut chicken (with the skin removed) and marinate overnight in the frige.
Grill for 15 minutes in the oven or barbecue.
Serve with basmati rice decorated with pieces of pineapple or mango if desired.
