Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 225ml natural yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- Juice of one lemon

Preparation
Step 1
Crush the garlic clove
Combine garlic, spices, lemon juice and yoghurt
Marinate the chicken, as a breast or in pieces
Cover and leave in the fridge up to 24 hours
Grill the breasts , for about half an hour, turning to ensure even cooking
The marinade should dry out and is meant to look crisp
You can also cook this on a BBQ - do chicken pieces and skewer with soaked wooden skewers
