- small pieces of boneless chicken
- patak's tikka masala paste
- 1 tbsp of natural yoghurt
- cumin seeds
- red chilli powder
- salt
- pepper
- green chillies blended
- garlic
- ginger

Step 1
mix all ingredients properly before adding in the chicken pieces.
Step 2
coat all over and leave to marinate overnight in the fridge or for atleast 3-4 hours.
Step 3
pop in the oven until cooked all the way through.
Step 4
Serve as a starter, part of a main, or even in a sandwich. the choices are endless!
