Delicious chicken curry that doesn't take all day to make but still tastes great!

Ingredients
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 green chilli - deseeded and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh root ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 200g chopped tomatoes
- 750g chicken - in pieces (Roughly 3 chicken breasts or so)
- 200ml creme fraiche
- 300g chopped spinach
- 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander

Preparation
Step 1
Heat some oil in a large pan, add the onion, chilli and ginger and fry for 2-3 mins.
Step 2
Then add the garlic, cumin and ground coriander and cook for 1-2 mins.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes, then the chicken, turning up the heat to seal it.
Step 4
Stir in the creme fraiche and spinach.
Cover the pan and cook the chicken for 8 mins or so.
Step 5
Stir in the chopped coriander and season to taste. And its ready!
