- Chicken (1 breast per person)
- Honey
- Soy sauce
- Peanut butter
- Rice (with peas / sweetcorn mixed in if you want!)
- Green pepper

Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and place on skewers with the green pepper
Step 2
Mix the soy, peanut butter and honey together and coat the chicken
Step 3
Place enough rice into a pan and cook as per instructions while you grill the kebabs until cooked. The rice and sweetcorn are an added extra to stir through the rice towards the end. No need to cook separately!
